Skincare Anyone? Quick Review on the "Clarifying Masque and Scrub" by Jacq's Organics

Hey girls!!! If you're here you've probably peeped the new skincare video on my InstaFeed. As promised, here's a written review  + plus pictures, so let's talk about it. Last summer I started using an all natural skincare system and I've been seriously glowing ever since! Jacq's Organics is an amazing, 100% organic, non gmo, black-owned skincare brand!  I use their "Heal & Slay Kit," which includes a cleanser, toner and moisturizer, religiously. I recently introduced their Clarifying Masque and Scrub into my weekly self-care lineup and I gave it a couple of months of use before coming to you with a review. I'm new to creating content about skincare, y'all, so bear with me, okay?

THE DEETS

Clarifying Masque and Scrub

Ingredients: Completely organic and highly beneficial, there are 30 active ingredients in this product. It's jam-packed with minerals, botanical peptides and rich clay promising to "help get oxygen into the skin cells." The ingredienys that stand out the most to me are the Moroccan Lava Clay, Bamboo Activated Charcoal Powder and literally all of the essential oils. 

Smell: It smells sooooo refreshing, seriously. Because there are so many amazing ingredients that are all-natural, I really indulge with this mask, y'all. I literally inhale as I apply it because it just smells so good, and makes ME feel good.

Feel: During application, it is wet and paste-like, but once it dries up it hardens around each area placed. 

Use: There are proper instructions listed for use on the site, but I just sort of free-hand it. I add a little of the powder into the lid and mix in a few drops of water until it reaches a consistency I like. I apply it to my face using this cute little mask applicator I got from Bath & Body Works, let it dry for 10-15 minutes, then rise it away with warm water. I follow up with my toner and moisturizer, both by Jacq's, and SLAY NATURALLY! I typically use the mask once a week. It's a scrub, too, but I've only used it as a mask so far.

Price: $17 & worth every dime

RESULTS

Ever since I switched my skincare over to Jacq's, there's been a significant difference in the look and feel of my skin. It's more smooth and more glowy than ever before. I only wash my face once a day, at night. (I hope that statement makes sense, lol)

The fact that all of the products are natural and organic plays a HUGE role in my skin's success. I am definitely looking into adding more products by Jacq's into my collection quite soon! 

I've never really had trouble with acne or scarring, but I do have very combo skin with an occasional pimple or two. The bottom-half of my face is always in desperate need of hydration. Jacq's has most definitely helped with that. See pictures of my skin below, zero makeup!
